Reminder

I’m normally not a worrier…but it seems the last couple of weeks I have found myself in a state of worry of things that I cannot change. Wanting to be a fixer. Things that have never bothered me, have kept me up at night. I’ve been a basket-case if you want to know the truth…but just kept on pushing forward…reminding myself of who I am in God and trying to push Jesus and His message in…and my mess out. But sometimes that is easier said, than done…am I right?

As I pulling out of a parking lot this afternoon, I seen this bird munching on something and immediately this scripture came to my mind.

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” -Matthew 6:25-27

Maybe you have been like me and just need the reminder that God is going to take care of you, too.

Sometimes, God speaks loudly.
Other times it may be a whisper.
But today, His Word hidden in my heart was displayed on the beak of a bird through my windshield.
