Giraffes are cool. They have the ability to reach far above any animal that stands on the ground beside them. That long neck gives them quite the advantage. I’ve been to a zoo and seen them from a distance, but I can imagine if I was standing right beside them, it would be hard to fathom their reach. My tiny stature and short arms wouldn’t even compare next to him.
That’s a lot like God. We can’t even begin to comprehend how He does what He does. His “reach” over our lives goes far above what we could ever ask or even THINK! Ephesians says He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all! That’s infinite…incalculable…immeasurable. The best part is that because of the Holy Spirit that lives within us, we have the advantage to do more than we could ever imagine through Him! You aren’t limited by physical height, knowledge or ability! Just as you can’t imagine the reach of your Father, you can’t begin to imagine what heights He will take you when you allow Him to use you at His will.
Allowing the power that resides within you as a child of God to reach higher places…to stretch your faith…to increase your reach for the Kingdom of God makes you cool, too!
Don’t limit God and don’t limit yourself. You have the power of God working within you! You cool…very cool!
