Ever have those days that feel like “Good Friday”? You feel defeated, worn down, discouraged and like there is no hope? Lord knows I have been there myself many times, but I can assure you that Resurrection Sunday WILL come! I have been quite slack in studying God’s Word the last few weeks as I have prepared for Christmas and spending time with friends and family, but I am positive that there is someone else that needs to hear the encouragement from Mark 16:1-8 that I read this morning. Go read it…you will be blessed.
Sometimes while waiting on the Lord to make things right, we must claim His promises and focus on the amazing things He is going to deliver to us! Just when you think maybe God has forgotten you or He has left you, the stone will be rolled away to reveal that He has already went before you and you will see His miraculous works in “Galilee” just like He promised you!
Hold onto Galilee…Hold on to Resurrection Day…Hold onto the promise that Jesus is going to perform that miracle you been waiting on that will leave you astonished and trembling with amazement like He did that day with Mary Magdalene, Mary (mother of James) and Salome! He is up to something in your life…often the greatest blessings are born from your toughest trials.
